Please ensure you carefully read the following terms and conditions of our online shop to the end before making a purchase:
We sell the products exclusively to our guests staying at our apartments when purchasing a product. If you are not currently a guest in one of our properties and you would like to purchase a product from our online shop, please get in touch to inquire at sansebastianapartments.cf@gmail.com.
We don’t ship the products to other countries or cities within Spain. We only sell our products to our guests who stay at our apartments and the product will be delivered to the property where you are staying. We will either hand it to you personally at the apartment or if you are not there at the moment of the delivery, we will then leave it inside the apartment for you.
Please ensure you make the purchase at least 72 hours before you depart from San Sebastian so that there will be enough time to deliver the product to your apartment in town. If the purchase is done with less than 72 hours of your departure, the product may not arrive on time at your rental apartment: the property will not be responsible and there will be no refunds.
Once the product has been purchased on our online shop a refund is not possible.
If we don’t have the specific product you have purchased in stock, we will provide an alternative similar product, or you can choose to have a 100% refund of your payment. If you choose to be refunded, the refunds of some specific products may take up to 90 days to be completed.
We inform you that the high-quality products we offer in our online shop can be acquired at a lower price at selected local shops in San Sebastian, or directly from the producer in nearby towns at an even lower price. Our rates are calculated including the acquisition cost, the offered service, and the added value that we provide by: 1) offering a handpicked selection of the very best local products of the Basque Country and Spain, 2) bringing the product to your doorstep in San Sebastian.
