Brand-new and modern apartment in one of the most lively streets of San Sebastian: the street Peña Y Goñi in Gros, a few steps away from the beach and next to the Old Town. The apartment is 1 minute walk to the beach and 3 minutes to the Old Town. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a large bed, so it can accommodate up to 4 people.
Our apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, a stylish space with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a patio-garden, the green space of the house for you to enjoy. We have large Queen size beds in each bedroom (150cm wide). Our front picture displays an orange arrow showing where exactly the apartment is located. The strategic location of the apartment is perfect: literally 1 minute walk to the beach and right next to the Old Town of San Sebastian, where all the restaurants and pintxos are.
In case you come by car, there is a subterranean public parking right in front of the apartment, 1 minute walk from our door, the parking is called "Kursaal Parking". As you see, the apartment is a few steps away from the beach and right next to the Old Town, so you will be in the perfect location to enjoy the relaxing beach (or the waves if you like surfing) and also all the magic that happens in the Old Town, with all it has to offer, including pintxos!

Cancellations
If you cancel your reservation more than 90 days before check-in, you will receive a 100% reimbursement.
If you cancel your reservation more than 15 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% reimbursement.
If you cancel your reservation less than 15 days before check-in, there will be no reimbursement.
The full security deposit will be charged in case of no-show or cancellation outside of the allowed cancellation window.
Security deposit
A fully reimbursable security deposit of €300 will be charged along with the payment of your reservation, in order to protect our home in case of property damage. The full security deposit will be charged in case of no-show or cancellation outside of the allowed cancellation window. The security deposit is usually reimbursed within 14 days after check-out.
Minimum stay
In general, the minimum stay is 2 nights, except:
From 1st May to 30th September, the minimum stay is 4 nights.
On December 31st and on the night before the Behobia race (1st or 2nd weekend of November), the minimum stay is 1 night.
Payment schedule
The total outstanding amount must be paid upfront before check-in, except for bookings where the total outstanding amount is less than €500. In that case it is possible to pay cash upon arrival. For all other bookings, the total payment is made in 2 installments of 50% each. The payment calendar of your reservation is as follows:
The first payment installment of 50% is paid 90 days before check-in day (or at the time of the booking, if you have booked with less than 90 days before check-in).
The second payment installment of 50% is paid 15 days before check-in day (or at the time of the booking, if you have booked with less than 15 days before check-in).
