Stylish and modern apartment in the main promenade of San Sebastian: the Boulevard in the Old Town. Located in the very heart of the city, just 1 minute walk to La Concha beach and 5 minutes to Zurriola beach. It has 2 large beds so it can accommodate up to 4 people.

Our apartment is exactly what you see in the pictures, a cozy space that includes two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a laundry room for you to use. Each bedroom has a large queen size bed. The apartment is located in the very heart of the city, the Old Town of San Sebastián, where all the restaurants and pintxo bars are. Our front picture displays an orange arrow showing where exactly the apartment is located. As you see, the apartment is in the very heart of the Old Town, so you will be in the perfect location to enjoy this beautiful part of the city and the beach, with all it has to offer, including pintxos!

In case you come by car, there is a subterranean public parking right in front of the apartment, literally 1 minute walk from our door, the parking it's called "Boulevard Parking".

Cancellations

If you cancel your reservation more than 90 days before check-in, you will receive a 100% reimbursement.
If you cancel your reservation more than 15 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% reimbursement.
If you cancel your reservation less than 15 days before check-in, there will be no reimbursement.

The full security deposit will be charged in case of no-show or cancellation outside of the allowed cancellation window.

Security deposit

A fully reimbursable security deposit of €300 will be charged along with the payment of your reservation, in order to protect our home in case of property damage. The full security deposit will be charged in case of no-show or cancellation outside of the allowed cancellation window. The security deposit is usually reimbursed within 7 days after check-out.

Minimum stay

In general, the minimum stay is 2 nights, except:

From 1st May to 30th September, the minimum stay is 4 nights.
On December 31st and on the night before the Behobia race (1st or 2nd weekend of November), the minimum stay is 1 night.

Payment schedule

The total outstanding amount must be paid upfront before check-in, except for bookings where the total outstanding amount is less than €500. In that case it is possible to pay cash upon arrival. For all other bookings, the total payment is made in 2 installments of 50% each. The payment calendar of your reservation is as follows:

The first payment installment of 50% is paid 90 days before check-in day (or at the time of the booking, if you have booked with less than 90 days before check-in).
The second payment installment of 50% is paid 15 days before check-in day (or at the time of the booking, if you have booked with less than 15 days before check-in).
