If you come by car and need parking, we have a private parking garage that you can rent out during your stay, in case it is available. In case you are interested please let me know when booking the apartment, since the garage needs to be booked in advance. The parking option is subject to availability. • If you cancel your reservation more than 90 days before check-in, you will receive a 100% reimbursement.

• If you cancel your reservation more than 15 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% reimbursement.

• If you cancel your reservation less than 15 days before check-in, there will be no reimbursement.

The full security deposit will be charged in case of no-show or cancellation outside of the allowed cancellation window.

A fully reimbursable security deposit of €300 will be charged along with the payment of your reservation, in order to protect our home in case of property damage. The full security deposit will be charged in case of no-show or cancellation outside of the allowed cancellation window. The security deposit is usually reimbursed within 14 days after check-out.

In general, the minimum stay is 2 nights, except:

• From 1st May to 30th September, the minimum stay is 4 nights.

• On December 31st and on the night before the Behobia race (1st or 2nd weekend of November), the minimum stay is 1 night.

Generally, the following are our nightly rates for each month, but please keep in mind that sometimes we have discounts and reductions in place. Therefore, the actual price for the dates of your stay might be much lower. Please check the RESERVE section and enter the dates of your stay in order to see the real price of your reservation:

• January: €189/night

• February: €199/night

• March: €239/night

• April: €319/night

• May: €419/night

• June: €649/night

• July: €649/night

• August: €649/night

• September: €649/night

• October: €419/night

• November: €239/night

• December: €239/night

**A cleaning fee of €65 will be charged along with the reservation balance.

The total outstanding amount must be paid upfront before check-in, except for bookings where the total outstanding amount is less than €500. In that case it is possible to pay cash upon arrival. For all other bookings, the total payment is made in 2 installments of 50% each. The payment calendar of your reservation is as follows: 

• The first payment installment of 50% is paid 90 days before check-in day (or at the time of the booking, if you have booked with less than 90 days before check-in).

• The second payment installment of 50% is paid 15 days before check-in day (or at the time of the booking, if you have booked with less than 15 days before check-in).

We accept these payment methods:

• Credit/debit card (5% surcharge)

• PayPal (5% surcharge)

• Cash (only for bookings where the total outstanding amount is less than €500)
