Mazuelo red wine from 2011. Spectacular aroma of blue and white flowers. Pippin apple with lacquered and spicy touches. Intense. Manual harvest the first days of November. Elaboration from a hundred-year-old vineyard. All fermentation is carried out in wooden vats. Cold maceration of the skins for 24 hours. Fermentation at 25ºC for 7 days, maceration continues for 6 more days after fermentation. Aged for 24 months in 50% French and American oak barrels. It rests for 12 months in a bottle rack looking for its completness and roundness.
