Peter Sisseck came to Spain to make Hacienda Monasterio and fell in love with the soil, the climate and the people of our country. A wine guru around the world, Sisseck is responsible for Pingus, Flor de Pingus and PSI, and a great advocate of natural balance. Fresher, younger strains than their other labels, PSI is an affordable standout.
PSI has a cherry red color with violet edges. High robe and thin tears. The nose presents aromas of berries, red fruits such as currants or raspberries. Soft notes of vanilla and very subtle spices from the barrel. In the mouth it is an intense, juicy wine. Red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries are the protagonists, although we also find some spicy notes.
